Music will include music combining Western traditions with Chinese, Latin American, Native American, and African musical traditions. These "Another Realm" concerts are not the usual woodwind quintet music! They'll include music for quintet and harp quintet with Sioux courtship flute quintet and mbira (African thumb piano) English horn and bassoon with Native American flutes such as zampoña and quena, deer hoof and seed pod rattles, and rainstick solo oboe with tuned water glasses
